Quintessential Space is a wife and husband team, Uniz and Rene Manda-Liu, based in Oxford.
Uniz is an artist with background in Architectural Drafting and Interior Design. Rene is a Chartered Project Manager in a multi-national construction company. Their common love of beautiful homes and a shared desire to address the acute housing crisis situation in UK prompted them to form Quintessential Space in early 2020.
With their growing portfolio, they aim to create quality, affordable housing, places that anyone would be proud to call their home.
Understanding that the world of property investment can be a minefield, Uniz has invested heavily in property education, masterminds & mentorships, achieving a close knit, invaluable property investing network. This immersive training from some of the most experienced in the business means she is fully conversant in all aspects of property investing and knows how to undertake the process safely, whilst achieving a great return.
